Bennett read /Tevo

I don't know why I bought Bennett Read products again, in Game Welkom cos when is time to fix the problem of their products to me it's always a hustle. This is my 2nd issue I have with Tevo. I have tried to conducting Tevo via Instagram, Facebook, email, tiktok and even calling them they have "transferred me to the relevant person" the line was cut off. How does one get assisted here?
