Bennett Read SuperChef 6 pressure release ***** but Tevo Rep great
Purchased the Bennett Read SuperChef 6 from Makro Strubens Valley on 17Aug23. Yesterday when at Makro I spoke to the Tevo rep & he was very polite & professional & said that I must bring the cooker in with the receipt & said that the pressure valve is loose when not in use & he opened a new box, however again this morning when I boiled eggs on the default settings & closed the valve, it didn't close completely & I had to fiddle & again when releasing the pressure after process had completed. I don't think that I should have to fiddle around with this & when next at Makro I will take the cooker with the receipt & hopefully we can sort this out on site.

02 Sept 2023, 09:32I received a mail from Tevo Customer Care to take the cooker back to Makro & the Tevo staff would assess & assist accordingly, which I did yesterday. Again, the same Tevo rep was polite & professional, as was the person who did the assessment. The cooker was found to be faulty & replaced. Apologies, should have noted the names while at the store. Well done Tevo at Makro Strubens Valley.
