Bennett Read Sucks

I bought a 30L Compact oven in November. The two plates and oven can not work on the same time, because then it is not getting hot. The first time I tried to put the 1 plate and oven on then it burned out. Not happy with this purchase and then they refused to refund me. Will not recommend it to any body.
