Bennett Read should be ashamed

Stay away from Bennett Read. 2 broken appliances sitting in my kitchen. Bennett Read should be ashamed. First the microwave - we had to order a part because it was year 2 of purchase but yet it is beyond repair. No one can repair it with this part! Now I'm sitting with an airfryer bought 3 months ago that glitches and a lost slip. I don't even want to know what will happen if I go try to return it without my slip. Lesson learnt!
