Bennett Read shoddy appliances.

Synonyms for Bennett Read appliances include down-market, inferior, mediocre, second-rate, shabby, shoddy, tacky and *******y. I am convinced of this after the terrible shocking experience I have had just after merely 3 months of purchasing a Bennett Read microwave at Makro Woodmead (oh another disappointment). Long story short, I purchased a microwave on the 8th of Jan, by the 21st of March, it just stopped working! Not, switching on, nothing! And like we all know, there was no load shedding at that time, so no, it's not power surge just shoddy parts that are being used! So I took it back in and was informed it needs to be assessed and repaired. Which took about 2 weeks to get done and it comes back and works for only a day then off again! Really?? What parts do you use on your appliances? Even China Mall appliances last longer, Bennett Read, you need to do better really, this is ridiculous. Do yourselves a favour everyone, stay away from this brand. I have no faith in them Non whatsoever at this point.
