Bennett Read pot set

My Bennett Read 16 piece stainless steel pot set was missing items when I opened the box after purchase. I contacted their support centre, explained my dilemma and was assured that the missing items would be sent. A week later I contacted them again. A week after that again. Now, 5, almost 6 weeks later I have still not received my missing items! When I contacted them last week I was told that the parts had been loaded on the truck and I would receive them on Monday - it's almost Thursday!! I didn't even complain about the fact that the pots are horribly scratched - all I wanted were the missing lids! I will never, ever buy anything from them again!
