Bennett Read Oven Airfryer

I took my appliance to Tevo for repairs about 2 weeks ago because it stopped working (it stopped heating up). I fetched my appliance on Saturday but I am quite disappointed to say the least. Firstly, when I unwrapped my appliance, the button to switch on the light inside of the oven was missing. Secondly, when I tested it to see if it came on and heated up, it made a weird sound. And the fan was working. Tonight, while making supper I noticed that the oven was not heating up as it should and my food was still raw. I even had it on 230 degrees (the highest it can go) but it was not heating up as it should. To top it all off, I noticed that the fan no longer worked. I even put the oven on the bake setting with the fan but it still would not rotate. I am not happy to say the least. For an appliance that carries such a great name to only last just over a year? And now I’m sitting with more issues than before. I had to make a plan just to make food while my appliance was in for repairs and now it has to go in again for a second time? I would like to request that my issue with this appliance be escalated as I now have to drive all the way back to Makro in Gqeberha (I stay about 40 minutes away from Makro) to have my appliance looked at again and “repaired”. To top that off, the appliance has completely stopped working AGAIN; the main reason it went in to begin with. And all that was “replaced” was a fuse? It was also given back to me dirty. This is unacceptable to say the least. Also, I sent a Whatsapp message yesterday already with no response today? Is this the customer service I should expect from now on?
