Bennett read one motor failure less the 10 times used

I bought a Bennett read one vacuum steam cleaner. Ive hade it for about 3 years now. In that time if I've used it 10 times it would be a lot. The motor broke which is extremely poor quality. Not only that but my work colleague has the same vacuum cleaner and the same thing happened to him after only 4 uses. PLEASE DO NOT BUT THE BENNETT READ ONE as it is a waste of money.
