We bought the BR One from Makro 19 December 2021 for a 'highly' recommended product from the sales person who was so convincing and promised everything after asking the concerns that came true. The BR One asted 6 uses of only making use of the hard tile head and carpet head used once a week. Rubbers tore after using on householdl tiles. Plastic clips broke off when changing heads to try and use the carpet head. No spares available at hand. Machine stopped working. Took BR back 2 Tevo as recommended by them (due to a shorter lead repair time) 2 Weeks ago only to be told today 1 Feb 2022 its been received for repair by Tevo. R5000 machine, only used 2 basic uses out of the rest of all the other functions. Still brand new - Disappointing product. Think twice before wasting your well earned money. Shop around before being sold iand sales talked into this product. Lesson learned. Apparently Proudly SA product? Ps when wanting to send. The site says 'This business isn't claimed on Hellopeter, would you like to let them know about your review?' Even more to wonder about the BR Company .....
