Bennett Read no after sales service

It is so sad that purchasing o-rings for a pressure washer would tarnish a company's reputation. My correspondence with Tevo started on 3rd October 2024. My reply and requests were not rep**** to. After much struggle, I eventually managed to get a correct quotation for the o-rings. I ordered them, and they arrived today.

When I placed the order, I included a photo of the model number so that they could supply the correct o-rings. Those they sent are not the correct size.

I am never going to buy Bennett Read or Tevo products again. I am going to trash a relatively new pressure washer and purchase a competitor's product.
