Bennett Read Hydro vacuum, Frustrated and disappointed!

I am so frustrated and disappointed in the Bennett Read Hydro vacuum. There is barely any suctioning. I can't even clean a carpet with it. According to the booklet the vacuum is perfect for pet owners. Definitely not, as I struggled with it to pick up the hair from the carpet with no luck. I will have more luck sweeping it with a broom.

I will definitely not recommend it and in the future I'll think twice before buying Bennett Read again.
