Bennett Read Hydro-Do Not Buy

I have a Bennett Read Hydro that I bought on the 13th November 2016 from Game Richards Bay. The pipe has broken off the fittings on both ends, where it goes into the vacuum and where the attachment fits. Went to Game to check if I can get a replacement hose as it is still under the 1 year period, the TEVO rep there basically insinuated that it was due to misuse...I almost lost my cool with him. He told me to conatct TEVO for spares. Its very dissappointing when a product does not live up to its expectation and especially if it fails within 1 year of use. I am advising friends and relatives to stay away from these products and rather buy a name you can rely on for durability and service. I still need to replace the hose ...any ideas where I can buy one.
