Bennett Read Finnesse Pot Lid Fiasco

I bought the Bennett Read Finesse 16 Pcs Pot Set and had a issue where my pot lid melted - it has a plastic thermometer built-in and I guess it got too hot or whatever so that basically rendered the lid useless as it have off this horrid flume and the handle was warped.

Anyway it has a 25-year warranty so I contacted Tevo to explain the issue. I had difficulty contacting them but when I finally got hold of someone, they helped with sourcing a replacement lid and delivering it to my house.

Granted they first sent the wrong size but they quickly corrected the issue and got me the correct lid so now my set is complete again. I'm a happy customer. If you see this set in Game or Makro, get it before it sells out, it's really good quality so no complaints on that front. And it also has a excellent warranty.
