zero stars would be more appropriate. the most pathetic customer service i've ever received in my entire life! i have not even used my pots 3 times and they were already damaged. they are accusing me of damaging my own pots, when in reality, the quality is just cheap and disgusting! they do not want to refund me nor provide feedback. DO NOT EVER BUY BENNETT READ PRODUCTS, NOT EVEN A PLASTIC BAG, because they will find an excuse to not give your money back. the customer service at Modern Living Polokwane (where i bought the items) are also just as lame as Bennett Read.
