Good day, i am so disappointed with a Bennett Read concerto25 i bought at Makro Wonderboom for the amount of R 4999.00. I bought this machine on the the 16/6/2023 i send a email to info for the one year extented guarantee. I whas bussey with it and it strip a gear ⚙️ on the 20/2/2026 i took it in to tevo in Wonderboom repair No ***. Then a technician (Thabang) phoned me from there repair centre. He told me that the gear on that machine they got no parts and it is discontinued. I whas the only one using it with the outmost care I can't aford to buy a new machine..as i am a pensioner (70) O i forgot to say i change about all my appliances from Russel Hobbs to the Bennett Read appliances and they are not doing anything to assist me. I can't recommend there products....all i can say is stay with the product that you can trust. Mrs Meintjies ***
