Bennett Read Blender

I bought the Bennett Read blender in April 2019 from Makro Strubensvalley. 2 months down the line, it stopped working and smoke was coming out of the plug. It couldn’t even blend soft fruits and yoghurt! I took it back to Makro and it was booked in for a week. We got it back last week and still the same story. It’s still not blending and a burnt smell is coming from the plug again. I honestly regret this purchase. Unfortunately there was a 7 day full refund policy and I can not get a refund as the time has already lapsed.
