BENNETT READ APPLIANCES ARE A ****!

Bennett Read appliances are a ****, i honestly would not advice anyone to buy their washing machines.

I bought a brand new Bennett Read washing machine on April at game for R8999 because i was hoping for convinience and peace of mind.. Unfortunately im recieving the opposite.. Everytime i wash and a foreign object gets inside the washing machine you have to call game stores to email them, then they take three weeks to respond and only then they send out guys from tevo fo come and check the machine and charge you R552. 00.

I am surprised as to how can a washing machine that is so expensive not have a drain that excrets dirt and foreign objects that get inside the washing tub by mistake.. Meaning everytime there is dirt or a foreign object i have to csll them, then they take three weeks to respond and one must pay R552. 00 everytime they come because im told that i cannot open then washing machine or request someone else to do that for me because if i do then my washine machine will no longer be covered by the warranty..

I am honestly surprised by all this because i have owed two washing machines prior to this one and i never experienced such inconvenience as there was a pipe and tray under the machine which you could just open to take out the excess dirt or forein objects...

There is honestly no value for money when to Bennett Read appliances... I am more than disappointed on their methods of ****ming people from their hard earned money. I really wish that they can take their washing machine back and refund me my money... Im extremely dissapointed 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
