Bennett Read Alphabot Max

I purchased a Bennett Read Alphabot Max , which is supposed to have sensors, therefore not fall down the stairs. This is one of the main selling points used by the sales people doing demonstrations in the various shops. Well, it fell down the stairs, so possibly faulty sensors or false advertising. I have returned it for repairs (as it is still under warranty), but Tevo is trying to make me pay for the repairs as they say I was negligent and let something fall on it. I am trying to find out how they came to this conclusion, but no replies to my emails, they are just ignoring me, as they probably do not know how to answer this. Pathetic customer service from the local Port Elizabeth TEVO outlet, as well as from the call center. Tried emailing the '***" also no response. Best to rather buy a different band, as if something goes wrong, good luck with trying to get it sorted.
