Bennett Read All one faulty

I bought a Bennet Read One vacuum. I bought it In December 2021, I woke up one morning, the hoover's water pump was malfunctioning. I took it to Makro Woodmead where i bought the machine. A store manager for Tevo named Thabiso was very rude to me, he told that suppliers had closed for the festive and I needed to take back the hoover home and bring it back in mid January when suppliers are back. I just need the hoover replaced. He gave provided ne with absurd solution that since the vaccum function is working, I should in the meantime be pouring water on my carpet and sucking it with thee vaccum. I need this expensive hoover replaced. I do not have a **** to be washing my carpets and couches hence i bought this expensive gadget. This is still under warranty, why is this not being replaced
