Bennett Read Airfryer... GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

I bought an air fryer on the 12th of December 2023. In July 2024, it started making noise. I took it in (Sales Order np: ***), and it was repaired since it was still under warranty. In February 2025 it started making the same noise (6 months after repair). I took it in again (Sales Order np: ***), I was disappointed that barely 6 months are repairs i had to take it in again. Only this time, i was told it is out of warranty and i had to pay for the repairs.

I am utterly disappointed at the brand. I chose it, thinking it was a quality brand. The fact that i had to take it in 7 months after buying it for repairs and again 6 months are repairs is appalling.

I waited for TEVO to call me with regards to the repairs as game had mentioned that they will call since it was out of warrant. That did not happen. I went to check at the shop and found that it was returned without being repaired nor any form of communication. On the Repair/Service (Job: SJ054886) form, the technician claims that they had called and also sent e-mails to the shop. I never received a call, I asked Game (Brits) to check the e-mails that they claim were sent, none of that was found. A TEVO consultant was called to also check on the Game system, and no communication was found.
