Bennett Read Air Fryer Oven "fried"

I have a Bennett Read air fryer. Unfortunately I was not in a position to use it for 10 months. I then used it 4 times before it stopped switching on completely. By then it was just out of warranty. A friend with this same oven, had the same problem with it not switching on.
