BENNETT READ ACCESSORIES

I bought my Bennett Read Vacuum from Game. Now the head needs replacing as it keeps on breaking. I don't need to buy a whole new vacuum cleaner as it still works perfectly except for the head . Game just says no, we do not sell accessories i have to buy the whole vacuum cleaner. WHY is it so difficult to get the head for the vacuum cleaner if i knew BENNETT READ cannot supply parts i would have NEVER bought the machine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
