Bennett Read 35L Commercial Vacuum Cleaner

I bought a Bennett Read Commercial Vacuum Cleaner plus an additional Micro Particle Filter on the 29th of July 2018 at Makro Silverton for R2420.00. Within the first month I experienced problems with suction power and I replaced the filter with the new filter. I've rotated these filters every time we used the vacuum cleaner, but the problem persist. I took it back to Makro Silverton on 21 September 2018 who booked it in for repairs. A lady from Tevo called and give me an amount payable to the motor and labour charges. According to the service centre the vacuum cleaner was abused. I requested her to send me the quotation and the report , which she did. The quotation from Tevo amounting to R1219.00. Herewith the technical report: (Unit switch on but doesn't have enough suction power,filter is dirty but it can be cleaned,motor is working,but got dirt,motor base blocked that is the reason for no suction air circulation also blocked) The lady insisted the vacuum cleaner was abused and I should therefore pay, or buy a demo vacuum cleaner from them. I think the service is absolutely appalling, and the products useless. I've used a Karcher domestic vacuum cleaner for 2 years without a problem. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I would rather spend R1219.00 to buy myself another domestic Karcher vacuum cleaner. Tevo is absolutely pathetic. Can't speak to anyone to help me sort out this problem. Where is the managers!!!
