I emailed Tevo via their Contact Us on their website last week regarding the Bennett Read Force 10 vacuum cleaner I'm having issues with. The wheels on the head keep falling off while I'm using it, which makes the head come away from the piping. At first it was one wheel, now both do it. I've finally had enough of the issue. The machine warranty expires in July this year. So far I've had zero response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email to them. I want to know what they are doing to resolve this issue. I will never buy this make again.
