Bennet Reed Tough 15 Vacuum Burning Motor

Bought the Tough 15 special. Hardly used it. Maybe 3x at most. Now the machine powers on and the motor has an intense burning smell. This happened 3months after pruchase. Pathetic product and customer service. Representative insists we send it back for "evaluation" after it is obvious it is faulty. Stall tactics from refunding cash back. Never BUY this brand and never buy from MAKRO. recipe for disaster
