Bennet Reed (TEVO) - I will never buy their products again

I have purchased two TEVO (Bennet Reed appliances) over this last year and am really disappointed in the quality. The first item is the cordless vacuum cleaner. It works very well but in less than a year the one wheel has fallen off, and they advise me that it cannot be repaired and that I have to buy a whole new vacuum head. Secondly I asked about replacing the filter and was advised that they no longer make them! The second item is a queen size electric blanket. This was purchased less than a year ago and the one control stopped working, I returned it to Makro where we purchased it, and it was sent for repairs. Three weeks later we git it back, but still not working. So returned to Makro again, and the TEVO agent in the Returns sections then replace the item. We are grateful for this but wonder how long it will last. I will certainly not be buying any more Bennet Reed appliances (TEVO) again.
