Bennet Reed Hydro 15 nightmare.

Bought a Bennett Reed Hydrovac from Makro in June. The product works well and is efficient but is however extremely fragile especially in the hands of domestic help. My main gripe is the difficulty in communicating with these people to get a spare part. So far I have been trying for 3 days, including a trip to Makro Milnerton and have yet to get any satisfaction, let alone the part. Their website "customer help: page is a waste as it should rather read "customer ignore". The phone number gets you through to Joburg and they then patch you trough to Cape Town who don't answer. Their salesman in Makro gave me the number of their local rep but they would seem to not bother with him either. I sadly replaced my amazing "Karcher" machine with this junk which was a grave error.
