Bennet & Read wet&dry vacuum
<p>Bought the wet&dry vacuum by Bennet&Read not even 8 months ago paying a lot of money at Game but being guaranteed it is the best and with a 2 year guarantee. When the virtually undestructable hose just got torn anyway and I consulted Game, they said sorry guarantuee is only on the engine... When I then tried ordering a new hose they couldn't help because they weren't a real service point or provider?! After this I tried Makro, where I was helped by a rep from Bennet&Read who said she was going into the office the next day, took my details and would deliver the next day or call me... never a sign... I'm now stuck with a practically new looking vacuum with a virtually undestructable hose which is broken and no way of using my vacuum nor proper service! Highly disappointed!</p>
