Bennet Read Vacuum's are the worst!!! Inferior product. Dont waste your time.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I bought a Bennett Read PowerUp Pet 2.0 Vacuum Cleaner in February 2025 and I was so excited to vacuum my carpet( only up stairs so two bedrooms) which I did as a self-care ritual every Saturday morning. After the 5th use, it just shut down after 5 minutes of use. According to the user manual in indicates that it overheated and needed to rest for one hour before using it. After it rested it would only work for 2-minutes. I spoke to the salesperson and he indicated that there's nothing wrong with the product as it indicates on the box "thermal control". Now apparently there is no way to get my money back. I am so annoyed, I will never purchase anything from Bennet Read.
