Bennet Read vacuum cleaner One - vacuum bag

I am seeking a Bennet Read One VACUUM BAG for more than 8 months now. Which means I can’t use my vacuum machine for 8 months. Firstly, I was at Makro and the guy from Bennet read (sales rep) said that we must bring in the old broken vacuum bag, then he will give us a new one to buy. We went back to Makro and then they said no there is no stock, they will get it. 3 weeks has gone by, and still they just say we don’t have stock. They took my number and email address. I didn’t hear anything from them. They took my number and email address twice. Secondly, the same happened at Game. Also NO stock, took my number etc. Didn’t hear anything from them Bennet Read sales rep people. Then I phoned Tevo , who stocks all Bennet Read appliances and parts, the lady on the phone said there is no stock, they will get in 2 weeks. I must email her. I have emailed her, no response. Emailed her AGAIN, no response! Then I messaged Tevo on their website in Chat in Messenger. They are online and still I don’t get any reply. This is absolutely horrible service. I can’t use my vacuum cleaner and I need it. I am more than willing to pay for the bag and the courier. But I am fed up with this bad service. Not a bad vacuum, just poor service in getting parts which has broken.
