BENNET & READ TOUGH 15 WET& DRY VACUUM!!!!

I purchased a BENNET & READ TOUGH 15 wet & dry vacuum machine which the TEVO salesman gauranteed me that it is better than the hoover brand. He also told me that i can clean carpets toooo!!! Then he gave me instructions to never wet the filter with water.<br> <br> I bought the machine a month before we moved into our new home. So two days ago I used the machine to vacuum and to clean the carpets. And then all of a sudden it losses suction power.<br> <br> Yesterday took it back to GAME, and they started saying I abused the vacuum cleaner!? They can't replace it or refund me. (Salesman never told me about a 14 day money back thing). All they said is that they will send it in for assessment. I PAID R 1000 AND IN TWO DAYS MACHINE BREAKS??!!<br> <br> I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE POOR SERVICE TEVO AND THEIR STAFF MEMBERS OFFER!!! I WILL NOT BE BUYING OF THESE JUNK EQUIPMENT AGAIN.
