Bennet Read Titan 20 vacuum burnt out !

I bought a Bennet Read Titan 20 vacuum cleaner from Builder Warehouse. It worked wonderfully for exactly 2 months & then suddenly white smoke came out of the motor & it smelt like burnt plastic. Took it back to Builder Warehouse & they said they'll get a quote to repair. I said I don't want a repair quote, it's supposed to have a 12month warranty. I want it replaced. So now waiting for Bennet Read to give feedback. Not expecting much. #badvacuum #BennetRead
