Bennet Read (Tevo) Runaround!

I only gave one star because I wasn't allowed to give less. You have got to be crazy or a masochist to buy this product. I bought a Hydro (vacuum cleaner) for my wife two years ago, along with it I bought a spare filter and a couple of bottles of defoamer (at R120.00 per bottle - be warned). She loved it and learned that provided she washed and changed filters after every use, it worked well. The spare filter broke about 6 months ago and, since then we have been told the new ones are in the process of shipping. A 'Round the World Cruise' is less time than that. Eventually I got a number for Head office who told me the same **** story. IAlthough Head Office has promised a quotation and delivery promptly, I am not holding my breath and and looking for an alternative) dont say you haven't been warned!
