Bennet Read Strikes again
I purchased a Bennet Read kettle, vacuum cleaner (the older Bennet Read died - my bad) and microwave oven on Saturday 30 January 2021. Microwave turntable never worked. Called Bennet Read 10 times. Did you know that after sales is in fact a misnomer? I didn't know Bennet read was a joke factory but i think it is now. Anyhoo......I will go back to the shop and give it all back. I don't care about a refund nor fixing, i will pay them to take it away mind. I am THAT person who says once bitten and twice shy. So well done Bennet Read (Gordon Bennet?), I was your customer.

05 Feb 2021, 05:40Footnote to my last comment. 2 products broken in under one week. The Bennet Read Kettle has died. It is leaking water all over the place and all over the electric connection too (recipe for disaster). However, not a single call from Bennet Read. Game on the other hand called and i spoke to a true Gentleman to sort out the issue. Game, well done, Bennet Read. Never ever again. Tevo sales need to up their play.
