Bennet Read NEVER AGAIN

Very disappointing. I used to Buy Russel Hobbs but Game Knysna advised me that Bennet Read is a stronger product. Big Mistake!.......the product is not better and when you have a problem they don't exchange like Russel Hobbs do...... you must hand it in for repairs and wait 21 days for your iron to be repaired...... I had no choice but to buy a new iron which defeats the purpose of a warranty...... anyway, I bought a Russel Hobbs for peace of mind - 2 year warranty and exchange without fuss when a problem arises.

I tried speaking to the Bennet Read area manager for the Western Cape to assist me with a replacement iron...... it was like speaking to a wall.
