Bennet read microwave and airfryer

I would not recommend anyone to buy anything off Bennett read I was so convinced by the sales person to take the airfryer and I was buying a microwave also wanted the Samsung micro but this Bennett read sales person convinced me so that I took the airfryer and the microwave,the person say it comes with a 2years guarantee I was told if anything happens to it I could bring it back and get a refund or a new one. The airfryer stop working with in less than a month the sales person explain it is ceramic coating and it won't come off in my experience the basket airfryer tray it's started peelings the paint coming off when I took it back to the store they told me the need to book it in for repairs because it has a 2years warranty.and the more I told them the sale person said there is a 2guarantee on it and if anything happens to it I will get a new one or my money back and they denied it.i was not refunded or given a new airfryer as promised I'm so disappointed same thing happened with the Bennett read microwave It just stopped working I had it 2months the Bennett read sales person made me trust in him while he was saying it better quality than the other products and it comes with 2year guarantee instead it a warranty I advised people to not trust those sales people of Bennett read they talk about after service if anything happens the customer can come back anytime only just to have the worste experience I will never buy Bennett read again the worste
