Bennet Read Hydro "Advanced" Vaccuum Cleaner

<p>We've have exactly the same problem as with another reviewer with our Bennet Read Hydro "Advanced" Vaccuum Cleaner. The suction nozzle has been loose since we unpacked. I took the system back to Game Menlyn and was told that they cannot do anything. They contacted their supplier and the supplier (TEVO) seems to wash their hands off the problem as well. I am sitting with a system that cannot be used.</p>

Thanks. All went well. I got excellent service by Farhaad Hoosen and Victor Sithole. Farhaad pointed me in the direction of the closest TEVO offices and made prompt followups on service. Much appreciated.

Victor Sithole showcased professionalism at its peak. He attended to all of the issues and I the system has been operating 100% since his work on it.
