Bennet Read glass kettle-TEVO-GAME mall of Africa

I bought a glass Bennet Read kettle which is on a two year warranty. It did not last even the full warranty period and when l returned TEVO refused to honour the warranty clause to replace or repair but prescribed a repair which l did not want because the kettle is poor quality and l was uncomfortable with drinking from a kettle that has been touched by a stranger. This is what the clause says warranty period which is 2 years in this instance and now they say it only applies for 6 months while 6 months was not stated when l signed and still not on the terms: "Bennett Read undertakes to repair or replace this product at no charge if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident, commercial use, incorrect installation, or work carried out by anyone other than an authorised and qualified Bennett Read service technician." Bennet read glass kettle is poor quality and they wont honour warranty and TEVO is being rude and bully about not replacing while Game Mall of Africa where l bought from is not holding them accountable or assisting me. Never buying anything Bennet read or Tevo and never buying from Game mall of Africa they cant protect consumers.
