Bennet Read Digital microwave 28L

I purchased a Bennett Read 28L digital microwave on the 30th July 2022 as a birthday gift for myself since I already own a Kitchen Boss. I registered for an extended warranty online at the same time. In June this year, the start button started getting hard to press and when I went to Game N1 City, the rep told me to send an email which I did and no one responded. At the time it could work but sometimes didn't. I reside alone so obviously it's not wear and tear issue, I mean it couldn't be and sometimes I go for days without using it as I travel a lot. In July I called game customer service, and the gentleman took my details and said they will forward it for someone to call me but no one did. By Aug it stopped working completely, meaning the start button ain't working at all. Again I sent them an email and no response to this day. I just submitted a review on their website on the microwave hoping it will get their attention but nothing. I'm very disappointed 😥
