BENNET READ BAD SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT

we bought a bennet read 15 vacuum,after 3 months it packed up. took it bacck to the game outlet that we bought it from and we booked it in on the 3rd of jan, on the 25th we went back to the store and they had no answers,promised to call and sort it out but it does not seem to be on the top of their priority list.
