Bennet Read Bad service

I am having a very unpleasant experience with Bennet Read. I bought vacuum cleaner whisper compact. after 2 months the plug got faulty. I took it back to where I bought it, which was Pick n pay Hyper Brackenfell and subsequently had to be booked in for a plug. I argued they could give me rather a new one coz why book in for a plug, can I even trust the next plug on that machine. Nonetheless they insisted at pick n pay, they told me it is Bennett rep that insist. Ok fine. That was the 8th of Feb. it is almost 2months later and haven't heard anything from Bennet Read and Pick n pay regarding my vacuum cleaner. I feel this is ridiculous. They could've exchanged the machine or refunded my money. I have to do without a vacuum for so long. Not only don't I trust this brand now but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I sincerely feel like this has been forgotten. I have doing with out one for two months coz of a plug. Never again. On 8th feb I got a receipt the serial nr on there RVB01, receipt nr 16308. This is all i can refer to.
