Bennet Read Air Fryer

I published a review on the Bennet Read Air Fryer that I bought from Homechoice, I bought it end of December last year and it was delivered beginning of Jan 2025. It would not switch on about 4 months later. I requested that it be picked up and do a repair or replacement. It was picked up and I had to make a lot of calls to request feedback on what the progress was. Eventually I was informed that they will replace the air fryer, but when it was delivered again, it was actually repaired. Which was fine with me as long as it worked. BUT it stopped working AGAIN just 2 months later. I called Home Choice and said I wanted a refund as I no longer wanted the air fryer. I was informed that they do not do refunds if the item was not send back within the first 18 days. Currently its been a month and Im still waiting on feedback. Im very dissappointed in the customer service from Homechoice as well as in the quality of Bennet Read
