What a useless bunch of customer haters. Recently I wrote to them, asking very politely for a price on carbon brushes fur my Bennet Read (Tough) vacuum cleaner. The reply was deafening silence. You have to write on their own website so you don't get tp keep a copy. Very convenient so there is no proof you actually wrote. I REALLY REALLY DID!!!!! I am 82 years old and a new vac on my state pension is out of the question. So thanks to this rude pathetic excuse for a business I live in squalor. I have passed their attitude to customers among my friends. Good riddance Bennet Read. Thanks Peter for the platform.
