Bennet Read 2400w Steam Iron

I purchased the Bennet Read 2400w ultra steam iron in August 2024, worst desicion I made trusting this brand. the iron has stopped letting out steam - Advertisment states its non stick and can be used on any fabric with the same temperature - The iron has been sticking to the clothes and residue builds up on the soleplate. I have sent Bennet Read customer care a complaint mail twice already with no feedback at all. DO NOT waste your money on this brand
