Benett Read Force 10 Vacuum cleaner

<p>I purchased a Force 10 bagless vacuum cleaner from Game Gateway on the 9th of April 2017. We i purchased the machine, i was not told by any sales staff that the vacuum must be cleaned after every use. I cleaned it every month or when you can see that it is full.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the past 2 weeks, the machine cuts off and starts to work again after 20-30 mins. I took it into Game and the TEVO rep examined the machine and told me about the thermal cutoff and explianed to me that the machine needs to cleaned after every use. Unfortunately that does not go down well with me. Previously i had an ELectrolux machine that lasted me 5 years with no issues. </p> <p> </p> <p>In this age of technology, things are supposed to be more user friendly and not the other way around.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate a refund as the machine is not up to my standard and if i was told this initially i would have not purchased it.</p>
