Banned at Airport - False Advertising

<p>I bought my daughter a Hover at Dion Wired at Hyde Park Jhb, there are two issues which we need to be dealt with here, the first is that Tevo did not advertise anywhere that the Hover Board, a childrens gift is banned at all airports, we were treated like ********* at Cape Town International trying to bring home our Hover Board we purchased for my daughter as a birthday gift, totally broken and emotionally drained we had to return to Jhb without the very expensive gift due to bad and false advertising. After all of the issues we finally have the board sent home via a courier company, only to find that the charger was not working, after returning the Hover Board to Dion Wired at Hyde Park, they phoned Tevo who very politely advised them that they dont fix accessories, which is exceptionally had to find, if not impossible. They clearly violated the Consumer Protection Act, both by failing to advise of the banned issues as well as not wanted to fix an accessorie which was sold with the item.</p>
