Bad service wish I had read review before ordering

Greatly disappointed with the service i am getting. I had thot buying directly from online would be the fastest and most efficient way to obtain my product but I got a showdy deal. Efforts to contact them sometimes the phone just rings no one picks up. If answered they are clueless and say will get back to you. This is unacceptable
