Bad service of Bennett Pots Merchandiser

I Bought Bennet Read Supreme cuisine 10Pc SS Set on Macro the 2 pots lid got cracks when they are too much heat. I went back at macro the the Bennet Merchandiser said the lid are not on the warrant but it was still with 6month. They gave me number for Bennet to call and order the lids witch i will have to pay. When i call they said the guy was suppose to take the pots back to them. now the also not giving clear direction on what to do.
