Bad Service Makro & Tevo Staff

I bought a Bennet Read vacuum cleaner and it is still under warranty. First time it didn't suck up the dirt and will drop it out. Makro together with Tevo staff are the worst ever to deal with. They sent it in to fix and it came back worse. It wont charge fully. I took it back 3 times and wasted my petrol as makro refused to take it back on Tevo staff orders. Took it back again this weekend. they had to take it besides it not charging it had the same original problem of dropping the dirt out. they booked it again. this is ********* as the process said if it goes for fixing once the second time they refund you. Not in this case I ran at least 7 times to Makro with no joy of this appliance being refunded. Who books in a vacuum twice?
