Bad service from Tevo for a BANNETT RE ULTRA STEAM IRON 2400W HIR 210

Bennett RE ULTRA STEAM IRON 2400W HIR 210 Lowest quality I ever bought and the service doesn't deserve even a 1 star. bought this Iron for +_ R1000 in August 2024 ,3 months later it went for repairs because it was not working, mind you their repairs take forever. After a month it came back it was not steaming took it back and requested for my refund and they insisted on repairing it again. When it came back I told them I don't want it I want a refund at game Pavillion they refused.They took it back 15 January it is still with them I still haven't had anything from them
